The event marks both the opening of the new offices and Bretland Construction’s 25th anniversary. Founded in 1999 by Fechin and Mary Daly, Bretland Construction is “committed to delivering quality projects in the residential, commercial, and infrastructure sectors.”

Coleman Yates, deputy managing director of Bretland Construction, remarked: “Today, we celebrate our new headquarters and reflect on Bretland’s incredible journey over the past 25 years. What began as a small, family-owned business has grown into one of Ireland’s leading construction companies. This success is largely due to our talented team, our supportive clients, and the strong community of Edenderry and beyond. We’re honoured to have Cllr Tony McCormack with us today to mark this exciting new chapter.”

Cllr Tony McCormack also shared his thoughts on the new headquarters, stating, “Bretland Construction has earned a reputation for high-quality project delivery while helping to build vibrant, sustainable communities across Ireland. The opening of this new headquarters is a testament to Bretland’s commitment to excellence over the last 25 years. I am delighted to celebrate this important milestone, which highlights the positive development and economic growth of the Edenderry area.”
