The Raglan Townhouse Hotel Ltd. is requesting planning clearance for the hotel located at 46, 48, and 52–54 Baggot Street Upper as well as 46, 48, 50, and 52–54 Eastmoreland Lane, Dublin 4, in the application. In addition to the hotel with 100 rooms, the plan calls for a ground floor café and bar.

The upper floors of No. 48 Upper Baggot Street are to be converted from offices to a hotel, according to the project.

The design also calls for building a new, four-story structure to the rear of Nos. 46, 48, 50, and 52-54 Baggot Street Upper and converting Nos. 52-54 from bank branches to hotels.

It says in the report that "this tourist hostel is a quality high end development".

The planning report notes that the project "will not include car parking facilities for either staff, guests, or residents given the site's city centre location and the excellent public transport facilities available in the proximity of the site".

The report further states that the suggested development "has been meticulously designed to balance urban density with a sensitive approach to its surroundings, ensuring minimal disruption to neighbouring properties while maximising the benefits for future occupants" .
