As of Sunday afternoon, power has been restored to 438,000 homes, farms, and businesses as repair efforts continue following Friday’s record-breaking wind speeds.

According to ESB Networks, the “vast majority” of those impacted by Storm Éowyn are expected to have their power restored by Friday, January 31st. However, for the remaining 100,000 customers, full restoration is expected to occur progressively over the following week.
