The airline's new Airbus A321XLR aircraft will operate four weekly flights on the new route beginning on April 12, 2025.
The new route will give Irish consumers direct access to one of the most vibrant and culturally diverse cities in the US, according to Susanne Carberry, Chief Customer Officer of Aer Lingus.
According to Aer Lingus, there are numerous economic synergies between Nashville, Ireland, and the larger state of Tennessee; the new direct connections will facilitate business travel and deeper economic relations between these areas.
Aer Lingus said that in addition to providing a direct route between Ireland and Nashville, it also provides easy connections via Dublin to 22 locations in Europe, such as London, Edinburgh, Rome, Amsterdam, Paris, Manchester, and Berlin.
At Dublin Airport, all clients travelling to the US will also pass through US immigration and customs.
