Over the course of the previous few months, Gian Perroni, a resident of Vancouver, Canada, and Angie Harsanyi, a resident of Colorado, got to know one another while strolling to and from the ship.
Following a proposal made under a supermoon, they declared themselves to be soulmates.
Before leaving on Monday, the passengers took a bike excursion to say goodbye to Belfast.
