At a reception held at the company's Irish headquarters in Cork, Ireland's EU Commissioner-designate Michael McGrath made the news.
With the acquisition of a Cork-based local customer experience management business last year, ResultsCX expanded its presence in Ireland. Since then, it has doubled the number of employees working here to 300, and it plans to add 200 more by the beginning of next year.
A large number of the jobs in the financial technology industry are distant roles. The current growth will include roles that are multilingual in French, German, and Spanish.
ResultsCX claims to represent over 75 international brands and includes Fortune 500 and Fortune 100 corporations among its clientele.
With its global headquarters located in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, the corporation has over 23,000 employees.
It processes 150 million calls annually and operates in sixteen different languages. Mr. McGrath sent ResultsCX congratulations on a successful first year of business in Cork.
“It's exciting to witness a global leader like ResultsCX recognise Ireland's potential, not only for its highly qualified workforce but also for the abundant growth opportunities available,” added McGrath.
Rajesh Subramaniam, CEO and Managing Director of ResultsCX, anticipated more expansion.
“Having created over 3,000 jobs across the UK and Ireland, we are committed to driving rapid growth for leading multinational companies in Europe,” he stated.
