The business uses brands like HQ, Regus, and Space to do business.

This latest development is a part of the company's plan to provide office space around Ireland in order to meet the rising demand for hybrid working arrangements.

The owners of the properties, who have invested in the International Workplace Group platform to establish a branded flexible workplace in their buildings, have partnership agreements with the additional sites in Dundalk, Drogheda, and Clones, County Louth, as well as County Monaghan.

In its 35-year existence, International Workplace Group has grown significantly, adding 867 new facilities worldwide and recording its greatest income last year.

It just debuted Spaces in Dublin 4's Donnybrook House and its first Blanchardstown location under the HQ name. August will see its opening at Regus at Temple House in Blackrock, County Dublin. New offices in Clonmel (Regus) and Limerick (HQ) will also open soon.

IWG announced today that the Drogheda-based Bru Digital Hub is now undergoing a rebranding to become Regus Drogheda. The 7,300-square-foot structure will include a café, private offices, hotdesks, and co-working space available.

HQ's new Dundalk headquarters will be housed in a completely renovated Georgian edifice on Roden Place, just across from Saint Patrick's Cathedral, and will open in August or September. Three storeys of business spaces will be available in the building, which is located near a well-established centre of corporate activity.

Its new location in Clones will be in an 8,000 square foot office block owned by Barry J. Aughey in the Marian Industrial Estate. It will run under the HQ brand of International Workplace Group.

Clones HQ, set to open at the end of the year, will house start-ups and established businesses from a variety of industries on the ground floor of a recently restored building. Private offices, conference spaces, co-working spaces, and creative spaces.

With these anticipated openings, International Workplace Group, led by CEO and founder Mark Dixon, is strengthening, and expanding its presence in Ireland.

Ireland is a great location for us to further our expansion objectives because it's a significant commercial hub. With hybrid working becoming the new standard, there is an increasing need for high-quality flexible workplaces, according to Mr. Dixon.

“We are very pleased to work in partnership with David Courtney in Dundalk and Drogheda, and Barry J Aughey in Clones under management agreements that will add cutting-edge workspaces to their buildings,” he stated.

According to him, the opening of the business's facilities in Dundalk, Drogheda, and Clones coincides with an increasing number of businesses realising the benefits of flexible work arrangements for their workforce's well-being and the environment.

“Our workplace model is also proven to increase productivity and allows for a business to scale up or down at significantly reduced costs,” he stated.
