Running until February 3rd, next year’s festival will feature an exciting mix of intimate concerts, large-scale events, and community activities, all centred around the theme “Her Spirit, Our Story.”
This inclusive festival invites both locals and visitors to immerse themselves in Kildare’s rich heritage, shining a light on St. Brigid’s lasting influence—not just in Ireland but in global discussions on empowerment, the arts, and the environment.
Proudly presented by Kildare County Council, the programme offers a variety of free public events alongside exclusive ticketed performances by top artists, curated in partnership with Hot Press.
Organizers promise an unmissable experience for all ages, with festival highlights including family fun days, wellness activities, storytelling sessions, music performances, and sports demonstrations.
Sonya Kavanagh, Chief Executive of Kildare County Council, expressed her enthusiasm for the festival, stating:
“We are thrilled to welcome visitors from near and far to experience all that this festival has to offer. Brigid 2025 is a unique opportunity to showcase Kildare’s rich cultural heritage through a programme that blends intimate performances, large-scale celebrations, and community-driven events.”
