Bladhana Richardson, speaking on RTÉ radio’s Today with Claire Byrne, said that the company had relocated the group from the coast to central Florida and is maintaining constant communication with them.
“Most of them are now in Orlando,” she said. “Those who were on the coast have been moved inland to central Florida, away from the areas expected to be impacted. Most are couples, with only a few families, which is fortunate as it’s outside school holiday season.”
She added, “We’re in regular contact with them, adjusting bookings when necessary, providing updates, and advising them to take practical steps ike keeping phones charged and following guidance from their hotels.
All the hotels and theme parks are well-prepared for hurricanes, so local advice should be followed.”
The theme parks In Orlando are set to close at 2 p.m. today and remain closed tomorrow. “We’re keeping people updated on platforms like Facebook and social media regarding any experiences they had booked,” Richardson noted.

For those scheduled to travel to Tampa within the next 24 hours, their plans are being rescheduled.
She also mentioned that airports remain closed, and flights are being canceled or rearranged. “We advise anyone with bookings through other tour operators or travel agents to contact them for assistance. We expect those companies are also working on rearranging travel for their customers.”
