The project, which is a component of the larger Northern Cross Town Centre, has begun construction, according to developer Meitheal Architects. Two sizable commercial units will also be included in the eight to twelve story structure.
Private outdoor areas, such as balconies and terraces, as well as communal rooftop gardens and ground-level courtyards, will be features of every flat. There will be one, two, or three bedrooms among them.
Meitheal Architects' managing director, Patrick O. Toole, stated: “We are excited to break ground on this significant project in Northern Cross. The development will serve as a key architectural and community landmark, offering a vibrant mix of living, working, and leisure spaces."
