Residents of North Earl Street can view these cities through the portals.
The livestreams will rotate every 180 seconds, starting at 1 p.m. creating a global network experience.
The Vilnius Portal is located near the city’s central station, while the Lublin Portal is situated in Litewski Square, the central square of Lublin.
Dublin’s Lord Mayor, James Geoghegan, commented: “Since its launch in May, the Portal in Dublin has attracted over 340,000 visitors and revitalized North Earl Street. We are thrilled to see the network expand to Vilnius and Lublin and are excited for more people to experience the Portals.”
Lithuania’s Minister of the Economy and Innovation, Aušrinė Armonaitė, added: “Portals allow us to see our commonalities and connect across cultures. This idea, which originated in Lithuania, is growing and aims to bring the world closer together.”
The network rotation operates daily from 1 p.m. to 8 p.m. in Dublin, 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. in NYC, 2 p.m. to 9 p.m. in Lublin, and 3 p.m. to 10 p.m. in Vilnius. Additional Portal locations will be added to the network later this year.
