One of the most important recent rehabilitation projects in Belfast's Linen Quarter, Amelia Hall, will get £1.75 million of the £4.75 million it refinances with Ulster Bank.
Ben and Peter Ringland, brothers, already run the Queen's Quarter clubs Town Square and Southside Social in addition to the hotels The Flint and The 1852.
Amelia Hall will open on 7 September and has a bar capacity of 480 people.
The Flint's growth will also be aided by the Ulster Bank deal.
"The opening of The Flint on Howard Street in 2018 was an important moment for Belfast city centre, and we're pleased to see the regeneration of the historic Linen Quarter continuing today," stated Richard Lusty, relationship director, corporate banking at Ulster Bank.
"We are happy to be assisting the Ringland Group in completing this ambitious project, which is expected to become a mainstay of the high street and have a positive impact on the local tourism and hospitality industry by generating jobs and drawing visitors into the city centre."
"We are thrilled to open the doors of our new bar, pizzeria and beer garden at Amelia Hall on Saturday, 7 September," Peter Ringland continued.
"Ulster Bank has been crucial in assisting us in realising our goals for Amelia Hall, and we are really appreciative of their assistance with the construction.
"We are thrilled to collaborate with Ulster Bank as we grow the organisation and carry on contributing significantly to the hospitality sector in Northern Ireland."
