The win is Harrington’s 40th professional victory and his 8th victory on the Champions Tour, after making his debut on the tour in 2022.

The former Ryder Cup captain shot a 68 on day one, before shooting an exceptional 65 on day two to get right in contention going into his final round on Sunday. Harrington shot a 68 on day three to win his third Dick’s Sporting Goods Open title – winning the title three years in a row, after victories in 2022 and 2023.
