Springvale Grove, is a development located in Chapelizod, with thirty two-bedroom houses and twenty one-bedroom apartments.
The council claims that a system of light gauge steel panels made in factories allowed for greater scale and density when building the apartments.

One new tenant had been on the council's housing waiting list for eleven years when they moved in three weeks ago.
Karen Power described herself as “shocked” to receive the phone informing her that she and her son would be moving in, but she was also “delighted” with her new house.
