Oasis Live ’25 organizers stated that an “ongoing examination of ticket sales” will be shared with law enforcement as needed. Cancelled tickets will be reissued on Ticketmaster, and fans are advised to avoid “unauthorized websites” due to the risk of fraudulent tickets.

This announcement follows news of Oasis’s 2025 reunion tour—their first since breaking up after a backstage dispute at the Rock en Seine festival in France. The tour includes concerts in Manchester, Cardiff, London, Edinburgh, Dublin, and an extended tour in the US, Canada, and Australia.

A spokesperson said: “As part of the Oasis Live ’25 tour policies, Ticketmaster and See Tickets will cancel tickets believed to breach the tour’s terms. These terms were created to combat ticket resales at high profits, which has limited resale to just 4% of tickets—well below the 20% common with other major tours.”

“Examining ticket sales remains a priority, and cancelled tickets will be offered again at face value via Ticketmaster. Updates will be provided soon.”

Fans are urged to buy tickets only through official sellers, Ticketmaster and Twickets, to avoid cancellations or fraud. Tickets on resale site Viagogo reached thousands of pounds, with prices as high as £2,614 for VIP passes. Standard tickets for UK and Ireland shows saw prices rise from £148 to £355 due to “unprecedented demand,” leading to criticism and a government pledge to investigate dynamic pricing.

Liverpool Britpop group Cast was recently confirmed as the second opening act for Oasis’s UK and Ireland shows, joining Richard Ashcroft of The Verve. Cast frontman John Power said, “Oasis are the voice of a generation. I’m thrilled to be part of this journey.”
