Shane Lowry finished tied 13th, after a poor birdieless start on Thursday, while Tommy Fleetwood finished tied 3rd after an outstanding final round. In a post on Instagram, Lowry said: “Great week in Spain… some decent golf there. Madrid is now one of my favourite places. Hala Madrid”.
Next week the DP World Tour heads to the Old Course for the Alfred Dunhill Links Championship.
