It has been almost six weeks after Madame Pho's last opening at the Eastpoint Entertainment Village in Dundonald facility.
A staff member stated that Madame Pho, which opened in 2020, had a soft debut at Dundonald this week. It opens formally on Wednesday of next week.
It comes after three previous openings in the past few weeks at Antrim Road, Glengormley, St. Anne's Square in the city centre, and Ormeau Road in south Belfast.
The chain began with a location on Botanic Avenue in the city, and further locations were found on Lisburn Road in south Belfast and Longstone Street in Lisburn.
Madame Pho Newt Ltd. has formed a limited business, indicating that a Newtownards location may be forthcoming.
William Chan, the creator of Madame Pho, sold the company to new owners last year. In April, he founded the speciality Vietnamese coffee store Phin on Ormeau Road.
He grew up in the hospitality industry, saying that his family had owned Furama, a Chinese restaurant in Antrim, for more than 30 years. This gave him a "passion" for serving others.
